Terms & Conditions
By purchasing artwork or commissioning a piece from Art by Poppet, you agree to the following terms and conditions.
Original Artwork
All original artworks are unique, one-of-a-kind pieces.
Each artwork is signed and dated on the back and includes a certificate of authenticity.
Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings.
Prints
Limited edition and open edition prints are produced with care using high-quality materials.
Edition sizes (where applicable) are clearly stated on the product page.
Commissions
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure a commission booking.
The remaining balance is due upon completion, before delivery or collection.
Timescales vary depending on size and complexity and will be agreed in advance.
Due to the bespoke nature of commissioned artwork, commissions are non-refundable once work has begun.
Minor adjustments may be discussed, but artistic style and interpretation remain at the discretion of the artist.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Euros (€) unless stated otherwise.
Prices may change without notice but confirmed commissions and orders will not be affected.
Shipping & Collection
Shipping costs and methods are outlined at checkout or discussed for commissions.
Art by Poppet is not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services.
Returns & Refunds
Original artworks and commissioned pieces are non-returnable.
Prints may be returned only if they arrive damaged. Damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence.
Copyright
All artwork remains the copyright of Art by Poppet.
Purchase of artwork does not grant reproduction rights unless agreed in writing.
