Captured in a moment of release, the lion’s roar becomes symbolic — not of aggression, but of courage, resilience and reclaimed strength. It represents the breaking of silence and the moment you realise that you have survived, grown stronger and can stand fully in your own voice.

Sweeping strokes of gold, amber and deep indigo radiate through the mane, creating movement and intensity against the darker background. The image carries both power and vulnerability, reflecting the awakening that can come after adversity.

For me, this painting is about finding strength after difficulty, reclaiming your voice and emerging changed.
